By accessing or using Numtapper and its products and services - including premium private numbers and free temporary numbers - you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the website or any of its services.

You must be at least 18 years old to register an account and use the products or services offered by Numtapper. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

Numtapper provides two tiers of phone numbers:

• Premium Private Numbers: Exclusive numbers assigned only to you for secure, reliable SMS verification on any platform including Telegram, WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Discord, Binance, PayPal, and more.
• Free Temporary Numbers: Shared public numbers for quick testing, one-time verifications, and low-risk flows across 50+ countries.

Services may change over time as Numtapper updates features, providers or infrastructure.

By using Numtapper, you agree to use the products and services solely for the purposes explicitly permitted by this Agreement and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. You are fully responsible for all activity conducted under your account.

All intellectual property rights related to the products, services and content of Numtapper are owned by Numtapper or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the services for personal or business purposes in accordance with these Terms.

By using Numtapper, you agree not to engage in:

• Deceptive actions: Fraudulent purposes, misrepresenting your identity.
• Spamming: Sending unsolicited, bulk, or abusive messages.
• Unauthorized commerce: Illegal transactions, exploitation, or trafficking.
• Impersonation: Impersonating any person, business, or organization.
• Inappropriate material: Hate speech, explicit content, threats of violence.
• Illegal actions: Any activity violating local, national or international laws.

Numtapper reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action, including account suspension or termination.

While Numtapper provides free temporary numbers at no cost, premium private numbers and certain features require payment. Where applicable, you agree to pay all fees associated with your use of paid services. Pricing, billing cycles and payment terms are presented at the time of purchase.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Numtapper shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the services. Total liability shall be limited to the amount you paid for the specific service during the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Numtapper, its affiliates, employees, officers and directors from any claims, damages, losses or expenses arising out of your use of the services, violation of these Terms, or violation of any applicable law.

Numtapper may suspend or terminate your access to the services at any time for suspected violations of these Terms, abusive behavior, or misuse of numbers. You may close your account at any time through your dashboard or by contacting support.

Numtapper may update, enhance, or modify its services, or perform maintenance to improve performance, security or reliability. While we aim to minimize interruptions, uninterrupted service cannot be guaranteed.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Numtapper primarily operates. Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction.

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Numtapper regarding your use of the services. If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force.
