1. Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions

By accessing or using Numtapper and its related products and services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the website or any of its services.

2. Age Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to register an account and use the products or services offered by Numtapper. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Products and Services Provided

Numtapper provides temporary phone numbers that can be used for both personal and business purposes. These Temporary Numbers may be used for:

• Online verification and SMS-based sign-up flows
• Receiving one-time passwords and verification codes
• Anonymous or privacy-focused communication within legal limits
• Other applications that require a phone number and SMS reception

Services may change over time as Numtapper updates features, providers or infrastructure.

4. Conditions for Use of Products and Services

By using Numtapper, you agree to use the products and services solely for the purposes explicitly permitted by this Agreement and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.

You are fully responsible for all activity conducted under your account, including any actions taken using the Temporary Numbers assigned or made available to you.

5. Ownership and Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to the products, services and content of Numtapper (including trademarks, logos, text, graphics, software, designs and other materials) are owned by Numtapper or its licensors.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the services for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell or create derivative works based on any part of the services without prior written permission from Numtapper.

6. Prohibited Activities

By using Numtapper and its products and services, you agree not to engage in any actions that are harmful, unlawful or otherwise detrimental to Numtapper, its users, partners or third parties. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Deceptive actions: Using the services for dishonest or fraudulent purposes, such as pretending to be another individual or organization, or misrepresenting your identity.
• Spamming: Sending unsolicited, bulk, or abusive messages using any Temporary Number provided by Numtapper.
• Unauthorized commerce: Using the services to facilitate illegal transactions or activities, including but not limited to the trade of prohibited goods, exploitation, or any form of human trafficking or related offenses.
• Impersonation: Using any Temporary Number or account to impersonate a person, business, brand or organization, or to manipulate or misrepresent your identity.
• Inappropriate material: Distributing harmful, offensive or illegal content, including hate speech, explicit content, threats of violence, or any material that violates applicable laws.
• Unauthorized or illegal actions: Using the services for any activity that is illegal or prohibited under applicable local, national or international laws or regulations.

Numtapper reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action, including account suspension or termination, if prohibited activities are suspected.

7. Fees and Payment

While Numtapper provides various services at no cost, certain features or premium services may require payment. Where applicable, you agree to pay all fees associated with your use of paid services.

Pricing, billing cycles and payment terms will be presented at the time of purchase or upgrade. By completing a transaction, you authorize Numtapper (or its payment processors) to charge the specified amount using your selected payment method.

8. Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Numtapper shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the services, including loss of data, loss of profits or business interruption.

In any case where liability cannot be fully excluded, the total liability of Numtapper to you for all claims related to the services shall be limited to the amount you paid (if any) for the specific service during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Numtapper, its affiliates, employees, officers, directors and representatives from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your use or misuse of the services;
• Your violation of these Terms and Conditions; or
• Your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights.

10. Suspension and Termination

Numtapper may suspend or terminate your access to the services, including your account, at any time and for any reason, including suspected violations of these Terms, abusive behavior, or misuse of Temporary Numbers. Such actions may be taken with or without prior notice.

You may also choose to close your account at any time by following the procedures within your dashboard or by contacting our support team, subject to any outstanding obligations or fees.

11. Upgrades, Changes and Maintenance

From time to time, Numtapper may update, enhance, or modify its services, or perform scheduled or unscheduled maintenance to improve performance, security or reliability.

While we aim to minimize interruptions, uninterrupted service cannot be guaranteed. Access to certain features may be temporarily limited during maintenance windows or upgrades.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Numtapper primarily operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising out of or related to this Agreement or the services shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction.

13. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Numtapper regarding your use of the services and supersedes any prior or contemporaneous understandings, agreements or representations, whether written or oral.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
